“We moved from Calgary to the Olds area three years ago with our little Bichon Curly. As anyone who owns a Bichon knows, they require grooming at least every few weeks. Trying to find a new groomer took us a year until we finally got an appointment at ItzaClip!. the first thing I noticed about her shop was how clean it was & this was very important to us. The next was how much she loved dogs, curly took to her right away. She made him feel very special.
I could not believe the beautiful job she did the first time she groomed Curly. He was done to perfection, we could not have been more pleased. Curly has been going to Joanne for two years & has never ever had a bad haircut. I also believe she uses the best products available to her.
Joanne is one of the most loving, caring groomers we have ever taken our little man to. as you can see by his before and after pictures(in slide show) he presents quite a challenge.

groomers over the years; including Alberta, British Columbia and the
United States. They have been clipped by groomers in competition with

ItzaClip was an unexpected gem when we decided to make Maggie, our yellow
Labrador, a part of our family this year. Joanne and her staff were a
great resource for outfitting her with food, treats, toys, and walking
accessories. When I couldn't get her into an obedience class, Joanne was
even able to offer advice on training. Because Maggie is a large breed,
we wanted a raised feeder and couldn't find one anywhere. Joanne
researched a few choices from her suppliers and brought in a great one for us.
Now, a favorite walk for Maggs is to head to ItzaClip - be it for a spa day,
where our tomboy pup is transformed into a sweet-smelling, soft, girlie
girl, or just to visit. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful,
and informative. I am very grateful to them for their kindness toward our

We have been bringing our older dog, Skeeter, a
toy poodle, for a number of years. Skeeter is actually happy to go there,
and goes in wagging her tail! She goes in happy and comes out
happy! Never have we been disappointed in how Skeeter was groomed, and we
have had a few different cut styles done to her. Joanne was always very
accommodating, and tried different thing with Skeeter, because we didn't want
the snobby poodle look! Skeeter always looks awesome when we pick
her up. Joanne and her staff have been very courteous and professional
with us always, and it is very evident that they enjoy their job! We love
the little "report cards" we get each time! If you are brave,
have Joanne "experiment" with colors, it was hilarious, and Skeeter
does look like a toy! Always a positive experience here! Thanks

"Joanne" is a buzz word at
our house! Whenever you tell Tank "Wanna go get a hair cut!?" He goes
psycho running around and barking, he's so excited! I know that if he gets as
excited about going for a haircut as he does about going to "Grandma's
house"; he's in good hands!! We've been taking Tank to Joanne since
we got him; which has now been about 3 years and have never considered going
anywhere else! We like to keep his hair longer, and would not be able to do
that if it weren't for Joanne and her staff at ItzaClip! They keep his
hair soft and manageable so it's less maintenance for me! He always comes
out beautifully groomed and smelling good! You can tell that they take their
time and really care! Too all the friendly staff - Thank you for the superb

on our little girl. When we arrived in Olds we had no idea where or who to take
our 13 yr old Shih Tzu to be groomed. We asked around and everyone suggested
that if we could ever get her in at Itza Clip we would be very pleased. The
only thing we were told was that you have a waiting list and we would need to
book in advance. Well we thought with such a positive recommendation we should
at lest check into the possibility of getting Mitzy an appointment. From the

started taking our two American Cocker Spaniels to Joanne approximately two
years ago. Our one male Cocker spaniel, Shandy, has an attitude and after being
asked by different groomers not to bring him back, we were searching for a new
groomer.
We came across Joanne and had a lengthy
consultation with her regarding our Shandy and his behavior issues. Joanne

many years and more recently our new Yorkie, Mocha. We have always
been very happy with the service that Joanne has provided. She always
groomed the dogs the way that we have requested and has been very helpful with

seem to enjoy going there and now that Shadow is older and less tolerant to
